Townsend Justice Center

The Townsend Justice Center was a $26 million build that included remodeling and repurposing an historic hotel in Downtown Casper as a highly secure, multi-story courthouse. The 5-story building was an occupied site that needed to tie to the existing historical structure and incorporate offices, four district courts, three circuit courts as well as large public spaces, offices and high security. A tight budget, tight job site in a downtown location, complex security electronics and AV systems all posed a unique challenge. Wyoming Medical Center West Tower

The new West Tower and MRI Facility on the Wyoming Medical Center campus are currently under construction. The new addition will expand the existing Wyoming Medical Center by approximately 98,000 square feet, adding new amenities and expanded services and convenience. The West Tower adds a new front entrance and lobby, private patient rooms, mother-baby suites, spine surgery floor with rehabilitation gym, and more. A new MRI building and breezeways will connect the West Tower with the main hospital. This project is a joint venture with Haselden Construction and Caspar Building Systems and will be completed in May 2014.

Greiner Motors

Multiple projects spread over approximately 3 years were completed for Greiner Motors' Ford and GMC locations. The Wyoming-based auto dealer needed new additions to the shop and wash bays, as well as a 19,000 square foot addition and complete remodel for their Ford showroom at 3333 CY Avenue in Casper. Pre-engineered metal buildings and conventional post-and-beam steel construction resulted in substantial project savings upon completion.
